Haryana Postal circle recruitment postal assistant posts 2015 : Applications in the prescribed format are invited from meritorious sports persons for the post of postal assistant / sorting assistant under sports quota in the pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200/- (pay band – I) with grade pay of Rs. 2400/-.

Age Limit:- the age should be between 18 to 27 years as on the last date prescribed for receipt of applications i.e 20^th march 2015. Upper age limit can be relaxed by 5 years in general category, 8 years in OBC and 10 years in case of SC/ ST.

Qualification:- Pass in 10 + 2 standard or 12^th class pass from a recognized university or board of school education or board of secondary education with English as compulsory subject (excluding vocational streams) and should have studied Hindi as a subject at least in matriculation or equivalent. The candidates of higher qualifications will also be considered but they have to fulfill the above conditions. There are no bonus marks for higher education.

Desirable:- typing knowledge and computer knowledge.

Application Fee:- the application forms shall be sold at a price of Rs. 125/- (Rs one hundred twenty five only) and the sale will be through all head post offices and identified post offices in the circles. The sale will commence from 9^th February 2015 (Monday).

How to apply:- interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with two attested / self-attested passport size photographs (one firmly affixed on the application form and one to be attached for hall permit original receipt granted by the post office, for payment of application fee/ examination fee – affixed / pasted at the top of the application form, on self – addressed envelope of size 10 cm X 23 cm affixed with postage stamps for Rs. 22/- send by registered post or speed post to the chief postmaster general (recruitment), Haryana circle, 107, the mall, Ambala cantt – 133001 on or 20^th march 2015.
